“THE MATERIAL WAS WIMPY AND THE ELASTIC IN THE WAIST FELT AS IF IT HAD BEEN USED TO PULL A CAR. IT WOULD HARDLY KEEP THE SKIRT UP. USUALLY VERTICAL STRIPES MAKE YOU LOOK SMALLER BUT NOT SO WITH THIS SKIRT. IT WAS PLAIN UGLY AND I SENT IT BACK.”
