“Replacing a well worn set of Keo Classics (9K miles) so essentially no change from a functional standpoint. I have had zero foot issues with Keo pedals/cleats. These are a bit lighter than the Classics. The new grip cleats (I'm a fan) make it easier/safer to walk, as I have a set of stairs along my usual training route.”
