“I was looking for a 4-5 inch curved forceps for trout fishing. Never being disappointed with loon products before i didn't hesitate to buy. My biggest draw back is actually the finger holder area. The clasp teeth are so good and the finger holders are not padded (i knew this) and are not rounded so they actually are kind of uncomfortable when unlocking them. Also, the actual curved jaws are a lot thicker then I have ever seen forceps being, which only adds to it's bulkiness Besides the uncomfortable release and the over-bulky curved teeth, they should last a lifetime because they are thick and solid.”
