My 9 year old son wears size 4 and the socks are a little tight so if this helps anyone, the socks would be perfect for boys size 2 and 3. The other great thing is there are 2 pairs of socks, I didn't read carefully so when the package arrived I was pleasantly surprised.

I know how much I appreciate the all purpose, all weather versatility of wool sox. Just want to keep their little feet warm! Bought several pairs for them. These are one of the best and great price too.

However, when she tried them on we discovered that they are quite snug in the calf area. This may or may not be a problem when wearing them for actual use. They were a good enough deal that we will just wait and see.

Reviewed by STP Fan! from MI on Sunday, April 01, 2012The first pair I got had holes along the toe seam. I knew they were 2nds, but there shouldn't be holes (1 very large). The toe seams were unfinished & not sewn properly, hence the holes. The customer rep agreed & sent me a replacement pack which doesn't have any holes. My daughter hasn't worn them yet as the temps have been unusually warm, so next year. They are thick, seem like they will be warm & hopefully they will last a while. colors are nice too.
