4.0 out of 5 stars. Great! But Definitely a SecondReviewed by Spuds from WA on Monday, January 12, 2015These socks are thinner than I usually like, which means they work with shoes that are tighter. They're VERY tightly knit, and that's a good thing. Super sturdy! The only negative is that mine came with an actual hole in them. The toe seam wasn't completely sealed. I have ordered LOTS and LOTS of socks from STP and never had this problem, so I know it was an isolated incident. And Customer Service took care of it for me.
Great socks- I wish they were in stock still! -
3.0 out of 5 stars. Meh. These are alright socks.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Hotmemejeeps from Chattanooga on Friday, January 9, 2015They are a weird height... kinda mid-ankle. I like my crew socks to be a tad higher. These fall down the ankle when wearing a bit and I can't stand that. I think it's the Modal in them. They get a little sweaty , too... I'm not a huge fan. They aren't complete [...], but I wouldn't buy them again.

2.0 out of 5 stars. SmallReviewed by Mare from ny on Monday, December 8, 2014Bought the large size for my size 10.5 feet. Nice quality but they bind my feet and are too tight around the top. They leave dents in my legs by the end of the day and I'm average ht and wt.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great sox for hikingReviewed by Anonymous from California on Monday, October 7, 2013My foot size is a 6. I am 5'2" and weigh around 150lbs.
I like these socks the best for hiking. I do day hiking. If it is too thin my foot slides around and if it is too fluffy and thick it feels like my toes are always trying to hold on and my foot moves around too much in the shoe. These are perfect. I like cotton better than wool or polyester. They are comfortable and they don't squeeze too much around the top and leave a red ring - and they also stay up! I am so glad I was able to get more pairs. They stay a good size after being washed and dried too.
