Surprisingly thick. Seem durable. I've run and biked in these, and they're well-suited to both. Probably a little thick for hot weather, despite CoolMax fabric.

I ordered 2 pairs of these socks. Am pleased with the purchase. Additionally, I believe the socks are made in the United States. It's nice to not always buy imported merchandise, and to support the US worker and industry.

I wear a size 5 womens shoe so sometimes have trouble finding socks that fit well but these are great. I got them to wear on a trip to the Galapagos either inside water shoes or hiking shoes. Haven't gone on the trip but I've worn them inside my water shoes and they feel just fine.
