    My daughter liked them and they kept her feet warm. She did complain they were a little itchy at first. She prefers the Smartwool crew we purchase at the same time, said they are much softer.

    I ordered these for myself (ladies shoe size 7)to have some nice worm socks for winter. I haven'tworn them yet as it's been 90 degrees here in Wisconsin! However, I did try them on. They are a mid-weight sock, soft and cozy. I thinkthey will be great for cross country skiing because they are not too thick and heavy.
