2nds. These ski socks from Lorpen are made with antibacterial Schoeller® polycolon fabric to provide excellent warmth, breathability, softness and odor control.
Fabric felt itchy but I got used to it. Extremely warm, tho not very thick. Next day I had a rash. Will wash a couple times & try again. Not really thick enough for skiing so may use as 2nd, outer layer w/silk underneath.

Super thin. Almost like nylons once you put them on. They seem well constructed, etc. but I will be returning them because i want something thicker and warmer.

Pros:
Gotta Love Lycra, Regulates Temperature Well, Stylish, Thin and LightWeight, Wicks Away Moisture
Cons:
Antibacterial in question, My Feet Still Stink, They're 2nds
Best Uses:
As a Liner When It's Cold, Daily Use, For Whatever, Travel
Describe Yourself:
Casual/ Recreational
Fit:
Feels true to size
Was this a gift?:
No
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Once again the only reason I didn't rate them the full 5-Stars is that they're "2nds" although for the most part not too deformed. Only time will tell if the one or two, so far (I've more Lorpen Lycra(R)complemented 2nds comin') that I have will suffer longevity issues & I question their "Antibacterial" relevance since my feet still stink but I sort knew that would be the case. They seem better at wicking & keeping feet cool than warmth but that will be good when it's warmer &\or as a liner under heavier socks when it's really cold which was my plan anyway... Absolutely love how the Lycra(R) complement makes them stay-put & in-shape. In my experiemce Lycra(R) beats the Dog-Dew outta elastic or other stretch materials, especially in socks & especially if saggy socks bothers you as much as they do me. It's a shame I'm too cheap to pay the full price for 1sts or I'd be hunting these Lorpen Lycra(R) complimented socks down. Lorpen don't skimp on the percentage of Lycra(R) content neither. Every pair I have or am waiting for from S-T-P, ranging from SuperLightWeight to HeavyWeight contain at least 10% Lycra(R) while most others contain 3% or less. Which is good since I haven't a clue what Schoeller® Polycolon is. Can't wait to see\feel how the Merino Wool, Lyocell(?) & PrimaLoft® w/Lycra(R) blends I've ordered work out. I probably wouldn't have bothered to try 'em if it weren't for the ample Lycra(R) compliment that has worked out so well in these Schoeller® Polycolon & other Silk-Thermolite® Lorpens I've tried so far.
