“It is very well made and incredible value at the price. There are three layers and a double skirt seal. The seal is a bit of a pain to get on and off but thems the price you pay for a good fit. It is only a semi-dry, a couple of water trickles can be felt but still a great deal. The water on the Potomac has warmed up so much that this top maybe a little warm right now, but come the autumn Im sure I will love it...”
