The 12 fits me well at 5'10" and 165 lbs, even proportions and broad shoulders. That puts the belt at the back a bit high, but given current styles actually looks intentional. I had also ordered a 10 for comparison, and it did fit, but was a little skimpy. The only issue is one that can be corrected with ironing; how the inner lapel seems to be folded over at a different height from the outer one. But the lapels are really a lovely shape, and re-pressing will not change that. The style could be dressed up or down, I think, and it's the most amazing colour - might be a tad darker than the photo - will go with so much.
