“Nice fabric, ordinary cut”

“This is nice fabric for suiting. It is heavy and durable-warm enough for winter wear in the cold midwest. so I was hopeful of its suit potential after ordering the skirt. The jacket cuts on this brand runs short in length and generous in the middle. Sleeve length is true to size. I got the message from other reviewers and ordered a size up in the skirt and a size down in the jacket. The jacket was still too roomy through the waist so I returned it. If I'd gone another size smaller it would have been too short in length and tight through the shoulders. If you are cut a little wider around the middle I would say this brand would work well for you, I was just looking for something more nipped in at the waist.”
