“i was expecting these to be warm, versatile and soft. Their warmth retention makes them alright for wearing underneath another layer, but they fit like pants not like leggings or long johns, which makes them impractical for wearing as a base layer. They are just not warm enough to be worn alone and they are not very soft or comfortable against the skin. Maybe my expectations were too high for their price point, but I am disappointed.”
