“Lowa needs to take a page from running shoe manufacturers. These shoes have all the things I didn't like about stiff leather hikers and put them into a sneaker-like hiker. They are stiff and hard and have a narrow toe box. Because the sole is hard, they don't grip well on wet pavement or icy sidewalks. They're fine for every day where, in and out of the house/car, mud puddles.”
