I wore these boots for the first time, last weekend, while on a snowshoeing trip. I was SO surprised that I didn't even have the smallest painful rub you would expect to get while breaking in new boots, especially with all the heavy work of being off trail in deep powder. These boots kept my feet warm, dry and stable. I was ecstatic!! Turns out I liked the bright orange colour against the snow, too!

I have only worn these once as I just got them. Went out on a hike at Mt. Rainier to try them out. Snow was soft and deep, they kept good traction and didn't slip much. I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderfully comfortable they are in the snow. They are stiff, which is what I wanted, but not like a plastic boot. They kept my feet warm, which is probably the first time that's ever happened in a boot. Excellent support for my arch. Just so comfortable! I haven't stepped into crampons with them yet, but they look set up for it. Just using them once, I love them!
