“Great Boots for Hiking / Trekking made by Lowa , a German Boot maker that has been making great Hiking Boots for Decades as well as Mountaineering / Alpine Boots crafted in Italy near the Dolomites , home of the Alpine Boot makers since the late '20's. Today many of the lesser brands and the not so technical Alpine Boots are being made in other countries, but the best are still hand crafted in Italy so when you get a chance to buy a Boot made in Italy at a discount you should buy at least 2 pairs since before long all but the most elite Boots will be made in countries that are not so famous for their hand crafted leather works of art. In all honesty, I bought the 2 pairs I own from the Lowa Co. and paid 20 % off retail and thought I got a great deal.Here you can do better so don't let this great deal pass you by.”
