5.0 out of 5 stars. Light weight but good hiking bootReviewed by Harry from Olympia, WA on Thursday, July 25, 2013I hiked in and climbed a mountain called the Brothers this past Friday and Saturday. These boots were used right out of the box for the entire trip. They were comfortable, kept my feet dry crossing streams, and walking in the snow, have the ability to hold a strap crampon, and they kept me safe through the scrambling and climbing of class 4 rock. Overall I was very happy with their performance.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Feather Lite BootReviewed by Anonymous from Auckland on Tuesday, June 11, 2013I give 3 star because I need at least 1 month to knew a boot is good or not, and this boot look so light that I doubt will give enough ankle support.
But it straightly comfortable out of the box. The sole look awesome, but like other Lowa boots, insole cushioning are minimal. And I put Light Feet Supportive Insole, after that this boot more comfortable. The outer sole look strong enough for city concrete.
Lucky I bought from STP with awesome price, I will be sad if I bought in full price. This boot look obsolete compared to my other Lowa, Khumbu GTX, while the full price difference between them only about $60.
That my review for the moment. I didn't have a chance to use it for long hike yet. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. AwesomeReviewed by Alex from DFW, TX on Saturday, June 8, 2013Light, comfortable right out of the box, great grip on muddy trails, not too hot even in 90 plus weather. One of those all around boots you do not think about, they simply work. I only wore them in spring (well, Texas spring so 75 F to 90 F), but they look warm enough for winter as well. besides they are Lowa, and that means good for snow. Solid build. Order half size up.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Careful on widthReviewed by Mountain Man from Colorado on Monday, June 3, 2013I have a 10 year old pair of Lowa boots that have hiked many miles so tried these out as a replacement. Mid width turned out to be a bit tighter than my old pair so had to send them back .Too bad. They make great stuff.
