“This is a great shoe. I have been wearing the tempest lo since 2000. I am a carpenter and am digging holes, standing on ladders, pushing and kicking with my feet and toes, walking endlessly, standing on slick roofs, and crouching. This is a really safe, strong, durable, shoe. The leather upper is what makes it. This shoe will last me a year in harsh work conditions. I also enjoy hiking and it is a very quick, comfy, and slip resistant shoe. Excellent for rock hopping. It is hot in the summer, particularly when walking fast.”
