“poor fit; had to return”

“I bought this jacket for Cross-Country skiing; unfortunately I had to return it. It has all the qulities of a perfect active winter wear: mid-weight, warm, extremely water resistant, breathable. BUT the fit is very uncomfortable. The sleeves are narrow underarm. It is barely tolerable when you put on only the thinnest base layer underneath, and extremely uncomfortable with anything more, such as a midlayer of lightweigh fleece for example. I got this jacket in M, and it fits fine everywhere else, so a size L, would not be an adequate substitute. I had to return it because I prefer freedom of movement, but if you don't mind a very snug fit, you might like it.”
