“I am normally a size 6-8 but got the Medium (8-10) just to make sure I could wear a layer comfortably- so glad I did- fits like my small apex north face soft shell. So much more durable though and great for cold days climbing outside because the pockets don't interfere with the harness. I LOVE IT! such a great deal”
