I bought this for my son to use for his Triathlon, XC, swimming and Track activities. It will hold everything and gives some organization to contents, has room for a water bladder, water bottles, a clip to keep ones keys handy and a separate pocket for ones phone and mp3 player. It also has a handy mid zipper to access the main compartment without having to dig down through the top. It comes with a handy rain cover stored in its own pocket on the bottom. He just started using it so I am not sure how it will hold up but it seems to be built well and it seemed to have the cool factor or he wouldn't have taken it. Now I need [...] get another one for myself.

Amazing backpack, lots of storage (still finding little pockets) super comfortable, vented back. Used on a climbing trip to haul gear and food into a canyon, was perfect. The built in rain shield came in handy when it rained for 4 hours straight - nothing got wet but me. Only complaint is it says and pictures an external strap/cord for a helmet on the outside, but that is nowhere to be found.

Pack is a nice size for a carry on option. Holds an adequate amount of gear for a weekend. Appears to be well made and durable. Would recommend to anyone seeking an option to a duffle for the price. Gives you more options than just a carry on bag.

This is such a great pack. I bought this to use when teaching at an outdoor science school because I needed something slightly larger than my 28L daypack to hold all of the essentials. I haven't started teaching yet, but I've gotten so much use with this pack on weekend trips. It has the perfect amount of pockets and straps. It can be packed full for long trips or light for day adventures. The rain cover was the really selling point for me. I haven't had to use it yet, but I love that it is built in. The only thing that I'd want to add would be straps on the bottom for a sleeping bag or pad. But everything else about the pack is great!

This backpack has not yet been used. I bought it to give to my 15 yr old grandson for his birthday. I've looked it over and it looks sturdy, roomy enough for him and attractive. I think he will love it. I consider it a great price for the quality!
