“I bought this for my son to use for his Triathlon, XC, swimming and Track activities. It will hold everything and gives some organization to contents, has room for a water bladder, water bottles, a clip to keep ones keys handy and a separate pocket for ones phone and mp3 player. It also has a handy mid zipper to access the main compartment without having to dig down through the top. It comes with a handy rain cover stored in its own pocket on the bottom. He just started using it so I am not sure how it will hold up but it seems to be built well and it seemed to have the cool factor or he wouldn't have taken it.
