“Good quality if it fits, high neckline”

“I am only 5' tall and usually wear 0 or 2. So when I ordered size S, supposedly for size 4-6, I have already ordered 1-2 sizes up. Unfortunately it's still too tight. I can move around in it and I didn't feel suffocated but it's just too slim fitting for my taste. The neckline is very high, which is not flattering for people with shorter neck like myself. This shirt hits around my hip bone, if you have a long torso you may find it too short. I agree with the other reviewer that the arm holes are smallish-- even when I sized up! I do like the colors and the quality of the material. If it fits you it will be a great shirt.”
