    usually an M fits well this looks like an XS it stretches a lot and fits SNUG, to snug for my taste absolute no-no: the cuffs - or whatever you call that band sewn around the end of the sleves - do NO stretch, I have a few muscles instead of slimline chickenwings and busted the seams when trying on the shirt, buy 3 sizes bigger than you think you need

    I ordered a womens medium. I pulled the shirt out of the bag, held it up and it was only 8 inches across. Very stretchy fabric so I tried it on anyway. I was able to get it on but the arm bands were very tight. Very tight and close fitting shirt! I returned it. Order a couple sizes larger to get proper fit.
