“I wear this jacket while walking on the beach every morning with my dogs. We go no matter the weather, and it gets very windy with heavy rains in the winter. It has kept me totally dry in very heavy rainfall. My only complaint is the material is a little stiff and I have not been able to get the hood to cinch down around my face. When I am walking into the wind, it blows up like a parachute. Other than that, I love this jacket.”
