“I haven't worn this jacket yet. Right now the only wet weather we have is snow. Red is my favorite color though and I was looking for a waterproof rainjacket. This fits the bill. There is a large hood that fits over my bike helmet. When the hood is down the standup collar, which closes with velcro, comes up to your chin but is loose so you don't feel like you are being choked. That feature seems like it would block the wind very well. As I am short and expect to use this jacket in a variety of ways I sized up to a large to make sure it wouldn't be tight anywhere. Now I can wear it biking or have a warm layer underneath.”
