    I bought it as an under layer for skiing, liked the color, design, wish I could have paid less, after trying it on, love it, it feels true to size, color just as in the picture, the material is lightweight, but soft, warm and comfortable, it has not changed after a couple of washes, my ideal under layer would be exactly the same, only thicker.

    This is a great long sleeve shirt, however it doesn't cut the wind as well as I hoped it would. On the the flip side it is warmer than your regular long sleeve T-shirt. It doesn't have an athletic fit(more slovepipe with sleeves fit), but I use it under a light shell for jogging in 14 degree and it holds it's own, and dries very quickly for fleece. I bought two and am using them almost daily. good buy for the price.

    Lowe Alpine makes top-notch outdoor gear and the Manali fleece is right on the mark. It's a great base layer for harsh winter conditions, or a great single layer for fall aerobic activities. The size is true and the construction is bomber! This will be one of my favorites for sure as it's already replaced my previous 100 wt fleece.
