Lowe Alpine Neo Capri Pants (For Women)

These are cute pants with some nice embroidered details on the pocket. I bought them to take and wear on vacation because they're lightweight and will dry quickly. I have a daughter and two nieces who are roughly the same as me, so I purchased more than one pair. For reference: I am an adult woman with a slight, straight build much like a young girl's or boy's. At 5'3" tall and 105#, my typical clothing sizes are womens' XS or 0, and childrens' 12. It's very unusual for me to run across womens' pants that are too small - in fact many dress slacks in a size 0 fall straight down. But these size 2 capris don't even come close to zipping around my 24" waist. Nor do they fit my niece who weighs quite a bit less than I. They do, however, fit my nine-year-old, 70# niece rather well as long pants (aside from being a little baggy in the backside.) The size 6 pants purchased for my curviest niece fit me best. Unless you have a very, very tiny waist, I recommend ordering about three sizes larger (no joke) than your normal.

I am pretty tiny and still could not get the size small anywhere near zipped, so they were returned. These are obviously irregularly-sized. A shame because the design is very cute.

This is a great fit if you have the right body type. I am 5'3" and a size 4. I bought the 38 size 4 and they fit great. I am small in the waist and curvier in the hip and butt area. I can see what other reviewers are saying about the zipper but I guess it is hit and miss if you get a bad one. My zipper was a little bit harder to zip up but, not a big deal. Overall this is a steal at this price.

First pants that I've ordered online that actually fit!

Although I purchased a size 6. The actual size is 10, like sizing used to be before sized-obsessed, over-weight America. I have a 27" waist. The zipper is tricky but if you pull down on the zipper while zipping,it works. I wouldn't wear it if I had to get out quickly!

Zippers too small very difficult to pull. Otherwise they are very nice.

These capri pants are awesome, they are great for casual wear or hiking and climbing. I bought three pairs (thats how great they are!!)

Ordered one pair; zipper difficult to open and close; bit loose in the hips. Liked the product, so xchanged for one size smaller; zipper difficult to open and close; snug in the hips. Unusual for one size smaller.

After taking into account Sierra Trading's sizing adjustments, this pair came in just the right size. Someone else mentioned the problematic zipper: I have the same problem! The zipper is hard to unzip, like it is stuck. But a little work and they do come undone. I'm worried though that I'm going to rip the zipper or the fabric in the process.
