“This top has a nice athletic fit and is softer than I expected. It is warm, but it is not windproof. Unless you are engaging in highly aerobic exercise (and perhaps even if you are), you will need a vest or light jacket to cut the wind in cold weather. This does not have the stiff windproof/waterproof finish of some other performance tops, but it is softer to the touch.”
