Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

These snow pants shed the rain wonderfully. The primaloft insulation definately adds to the comfort of wearing in weather variable conditions. The style of the pants are high waisted and the sizing is interesting. I am 5' 6'' tall and weigh 130 my usual pant size is a 6. I ordered the size 10 pants and that was about right. The pants fit and I am able to add 2 layers of warmth underneath when conditions merit that addition. Overall I am pleased with the pants. They were pretty much what I expected.
