The jacket is really nice - fit, color, warmth, etc. the only thing I didn't like is where the arm vents are positioned. It's actually a great jacket otherwise!

keeps me warm on cold winters days but still looks stylish, not like some other jackets.

My similar coat had velcro that didn't stick and an unraveling seam, it's out of stock at STP, so I contacted Lowe Alpine for repair or replacement, their response: "Sorry, we only carry the Pack line from Lowe Alpine in the USA. Sierra Trading Post buys closeouts direct from the factories and therefore handles all of their own customer's returns directly with their 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. Please contact them for return information. If they are out of stock, they should be able to arrange a credit for you." FYI. Sierra Trading Post stands by their Products, this is not a negative comment about STP, just Lowa.

It would be perfect if it had side pockets. It has soft fleece inside and around the collar, which makes it more comfortable. Great color.

I was really disappointed in this item. in the photos it appears to have some curve or fitting in the waist, it doesn't, and it ends at a weird length, so that it ends up bunching out at the waist... I put it on for less than 3 minutes, it was so obvious it would make me look shapeless and dumpy. If someone was carrying too much at the waist this might be a good style, but for me, I have little enough waist as it is, so I want something to indicate that it exists. And this was worse than falling straight from my breasts because it bunched outwards at the waist.

The pockets on the chest are weird and un-useable. Even the smallest thing put in them makes a ridiculous and uncomfortable bulge. No other pockets. Didn't try it in weather. Returned.

Seems a bit on the large size, overall. I wear a 12 usually, but the extra large 12-14 was huge. However, the Large was too small in the hips--although I'm not hippy. Seems more of a mens cut. It would be perfect if it just fit a bit better!

I bought this for my wife. She is 5'6", 125 lbs, with athletic build. Size small fits her perfectly. The front chest pockets has mesh pouches so they double up for ventilation purposes. Jacket is very warm, soft, well built, very nicely cut, and water resistant. Fit is athletic but true to size.

I wore this jacket with a lightweight baselayer underneath hiking in the White Mountains and felt great. The armpit zips are located more on the arms, which I was skeptical about at first, but proved to work just fine for ventilation. Kept me warm enough and yet not too warm for the whole hike!

This is a beautiful jacket. I had to return it because the sleeves were a bit too short for me. (I am 5'9' 125 lbs with long arms) The only other thing about this jacket that I didn't like is that is has no pockets for your hands--only the high chest pockets.
