“Nice, but not quite "it"”

“I was hoping to get a jacket that I could wear when walking my dog in a midwest winter--but this isn't it. I would recommend this jacket for spring or summer use because it does block the wind, but not a frigid wind. When it was about 33 degrees outside, I needed layers underneath, but the sleeves are quite tight and restricts layers. I am a petite person and the sleeves seemed a bit too long and the length of the jacket was a bit long on me--looked much better on my taller, slimmer sister! I will keep this jacket, however, and give it a shot in the spring.”
