Lowe Alpine Sierra Lite Jacket (For Women)

I wear this under my other gear when riding the Vespa. Has kept me warm so far. Also great to wear over workout clothes when exercising outside. I think I'll wear this jacket year-round. I purchased it after being very satisfied with the same item as a vest...glad I did. When the vest was keeping my core very warm but my arms would get chilly while driving the jacket was the perfect solution. The red color is very true RED. I wear it under things mostly and it's a nice contrast to my otherwise often black wardrobe. I would recommend this product which is so lightweight but wind stopping and really does keep you warm.

Sleeves are a little snug but otherwise a great layer to put on.

I was hoping to get a jacket that I could wear when walking my dog in a midwest winter--but this isn't it. I would recommend this jacket for spring or summer use because it does block the wind, but not a frigid wind. When it was about 33 degrees outside, I needed layers underneath, but the sleeves are quite tight and restricts layers. I am a petite person and the sleeves seemed a bit too long and the length of the jacket was a bit long on me--looked much better on my taller, slimmer sister! I will keep this jacket, however, and give it a shot in the spring.

I love this jacket. The fit is perfect, it has a nice stretch, and the arms aren't all bulky. Lowe Alpine seems to run smaller, but this was true to size. I've worn it in cold to warm-ish weather with a t-shirt and it does its job. I mostly just wear it wherever, but it was also very comfortable and breathed well when running.

I read other reviews on this jacket. I am also 6' tall and bought this jacket because I have a difficult time finding things that fit. It is perfect in length both in torso and arms. It looks good on. I haven't had a chance to workout in it yet, but I know it will be a great.

I'm 6' tall and really struggle to get womens' clothes that fit properly in terms of length. This jacket is GREAT - the sleeves and body are long enough, and it has a really nice cut. I haven't tested it in any type of weather yet, but so far am really excited about the fit, because I can so seldom buy womens' clothes for myself.
