“Use these primarily for backcountry trips. Put on side of pack, which doesn't have easily accessible side pockets. Sometimes even with side pockets on the your pack, they are so tight that it's hard to access whatever is in there.With these pockets, things like my binoculars, fishing gear, rain gear and other items I don't want a lot of pressure on are easily accessible.”
