“Good Design”

“I had bought a Polartec Power Shield High Loft jacket, but had to return it as the sleeves and torso were not long enough. This jacket is Polartec Power Shield, but not the High Loft fleece interior. The difference is the regular is similar to a micro fleece lining and the High Loft is similar to fake fur, very thick and warm. The sleeves on this jacket are long and have a Polartec Power Stretch gaiter in the cuff. The torso is long and comes down longer in the back. There is an invisible zipper in the collar that opens up and releases a thin but wonderful hood. I really wanted this jacket to work well, but it was returned because it didn't work much better than a nylon shell for warmth. (I expect it is more durable than a plain nylon shell) If only this had been High Loft... The design of the jacket is great! The fabric is lacking for me. I wanted it for cool to cold weather mountain biking.”
