Note: Shipping on your exchange order is free within the contiguous U.S.A. (excludes AK, HI, and all U.S. territories and possessions). All international exchange orders will be charged a shipping fee consistent with the order amount being exchanged. Free shipping doesn't apply to heavy or oversized items. Product prices may have changed since original purchase date.
If you decide not to use your Return Express credit and would like a refund instead, you won't need to do anything. After 7 days, we'll credit your account for the full amount of the return. You'll still benefit from our low $5.75 return shipping rate.
If you used a third-party payment method such as PayPal or Google Checkout when you purchased your item from us, that order will not be available for our Return Express or phone exchange programs. Please return your item for a refund and then place a new order.
Orders processed with any form of merchandise credit are ineligible for Return Express. Merchandise credit includes but is not limited to: merchandise exchanges, retail coupons, Sierra Trading Post refund checks, gift cards, customer good will, riddle credit and non-profit tax credits. If for any reason you would like to return your purchase, just send it back within 6 months for a refund or an exchange (reimbursement is made by original payment method). After 6 months, your refund will be by gift card.
Return: Simply fill out the form on the back of your invoice.
Exchange: You can request an exchange by calling us at 1-800-713-4534 OR by filling out the form on the back of your invoice under exchange. You don't need to do both.
