Returns & Exchanges for orders made through Bill Me Later are different than our normal policies. Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase in order to obtain the return credit back into your Bill Me Later account. If your refund is not accepted by Bill Me Later within the 60-day timeframe you will be issued a refund check. Returns made after 60 days will be issued a store credit. Exchanges cannot be accepted if you need to make an exchange, we can give you a refund or store credit for your return and then we recommend that you place a new order for the item you want. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Items that are on backorder cannot be purchased through Bill Me Later. Please use the regular Sierra Trading Post checkout if you currently have backordered items in your cart and wish to pay for them now. If you have a backordered item(s) in your cart and you choose to proceed through the Bill Me Later checkout, the backordered items will be removed from your cart to allow you to complete your purchase using Bill Me Later.
