Once your order arrives at the retail store, you have 14 days to pick it up. After 14 days, we will issue a refund and return the order to stock.

How do I know that my order is available for pick up?

We will email you a notification when your order has arrived at your chosen Retail Store location. The email you provide at checkout is the one we will use.

Is every item eligible for pick up?

No, DirectShip items are not eligible because they are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Oversized and Ship-Alone items are eligible!

When do I go to the store?

At checkout, you will be given an expected date of arrival. Your order will arrive at the Retail Store of your choice within 1-7 days. Once the order arrives, we send you an arrival email. You have 14 days from the arrival email to claim your order at the Retail Store.

Can I change my mind and have the item shipped to a different address?

If the order has not shipped to the Retail Store, it may be possible to adjust the order. Contact customer service at 1-800-713-4534 as soon as you can. We cannot guarantee that the order may be changed. Please note: If you change your order to something other than in-store pickup, regular shipping costs will apply and you will be charged.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes, the person picking up your order MUST have these three items:

  1. Your last name
  2. Your order number
  3. The Arrival email

The arrival email will have a barcode that can either be scanned off of a physical copy of the email or if you forward the email on to someone with a smartphone, the store associate may scan it off of any mobile device.

International Customers only:

If you are having someone pick up your order, they will need four types of identification:

  1. Your last name
  2. Your order number
  3. The Arrival email
  4. A copy of the original credit card used for purchase

What do I need to bring with me to the store for pick up?

Guarantee a quick pick up in-store! Print the barcode on the arrival email and bring it with you to the store, or have an associate scan it from your smartphone.

Where do I pick up my order in-store when I receive the email that it has arrived?

Ask a store associate for assistance at the checkout counter. They will help you get your order right away.

How do I cancel or return my purchase?

If the order has not shipped to the Retail Store, it may still be possible to adjust the order. Contact customer service at 1-800-713-4534 as soon as you can. We cannot guarantee that the order may be changed. If the order has shipped, you must pick it up at the Retail Store. For returns, a store associate may help you with the return.
