Returning an item outside the U.S.:

The return policy follows these two guidelines for reimbursement.

  • Products returned within six (6) months of the order date will be refunded by original payment method
  • Products returned six (6) months or more after the order date will be refunded by merchandise credit

Use the shipping method of your choice -- we recommend you use a service that offers tracking -- and send the item back to us with a copy of your invoice you received with the item you are returning. To expedite the process, always provide your customer number or order number.

If you have misplaced the invoice, please include a note with your full billing address, order number or customer number so that we can issue a reimbursement or exchange. COD packages will not be accepted.

Exchanging an item outside the U.S.:

To Request an Exchange, use one of these three options:

Quantities can be very limited due to the nature of the overstock, 2nds and closeouts business. We recommend you order the item you want to exchange now instead of waiting for your return to be processed to best ensure you get the item you want. Waiting until your return processes is not recommended

All international exchange orders will be charged a shipping fee consistent with the order amount being exchanged.
