Update My Account

Log into your account and use the links under settings to update your information and preferences.

Order History

Log into your account to view your entire order history. Click on any order in the list to see order details.

Order Tracking

Track any order using the order number found on your confirmation email, or log into your account to find it under order history and status. If your recent order is not in the list, or if no information appears, please wait 24 hours and try again.

Adding Gift Cards to My Account

Keep all of your Sierra Trading Post gift card balances and TJX Rewards® certificates in one place. Simply submit the number from your gift card, email, or certificate in the box and add it to your account for immediate or later use.

Manage Subscriptions

Log into your account and select manage subscriptions under settings to change the frequency, add, opt-out of, or adjust any email subscriptions.
