How to Create a New Account
Updating your account is as simple as logging into your account with your username and password. Then, click any of the links listed under Account.
Account holders may view their order history, billing, credits and exchanges at any time. Log into your account with your username and password and look for the link, “Order History”, under Purchases for a list of prior purchases. You may view any order details of purchases in the list by clicking the link on the right.
Track your order even if you don't have an account. You will need to know your order number to track any order. If you received a confirmation email, the tracking number will be listed there, or log into your accounts page and click the link under under Purchases. If your recent order is not in the list, or if no information appears, please wait 24 hours and try again.
Change the frequency, add, opt-out or alter your subscription to any of our catalogs, DealFlyer emails, MyUpdates notifications or BarnBurner emails by selecting the “My Subscriptions” link under Notifications.
