At Sierra Trading Post, we want you to be 100% pleased with your purchase and the shopping experience we provide each and every time you visit.
This plaque hangs in our headquarters as a symbol of our commitment to your satisfaction. The letter on the plaque was written by a customer, Carl, who was dissatisfied with the shoes he had purchased, which are also on the plaque. Obviously well worn, the shoes had been “hog ringed” to keep the soles from separating from the rest of the shoe. Although the shoes had gotten lots of use, we gave him a full refund because we never want a customer to be unhappy with a Sierra Trading Post purchase.
Carl was so shocked that we had extended a full refund he did not initially believe us. He felt he had gotten adequate use from the shoes, but we insisted that they were not right from the beginning. We nearly had to twist his arm, but the shoes were returned, and we were happy we could stand behind our commitment to customer satisfaction. We are as committed to customer satisfaction today as we were the day those worn-out shoes were returned.

Our Return Policy
Products purchased within 6 months of the order date will receive a refund by the original payment method. For returns on purchases more than 6 months old, a gift card will be issued. If you feel we have made a mistake in filling your order, we will gladly refund your shipping charges as well.
