We will email you a notification when your order has arrived at your chosen Outlet Store location. The email you provide at checkout is the one we will use.
No, DirectShip items are not eligible because they are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Oversized and Ship-Alone items are eligible!
At checkout, you will be given an expected date of arrival. Your order will arrive at the Outlet Store of your choice within 1-6 days. Once the order arrives, we send you an arrival email. You have 14 days from the arrival email to claim your order at the Outlet Store.
If the order has not shipped to the Outlet Store, it may be possible to adjust the order. Contact customer service at 1-800-713-4534 as soon as you can. We cannot guarantee that the order may be changed. Please note: If you change your order to something other than Ship-to-Store, regular shipping costs will apply and you will be charged.
Yes, the person picking up your order MUST have these three items:
The arrival email will have a barcode that can either be scanned off of a physical copy of the email or if you forward the email on to someone with a smartphone, the store associate may scan it off of any mobile device.
International Customers only:
If you are having someone pick up your order, they will need four types of identification:
Guarantee a quick pick up in-store! Print the barcode on the arrival email and bring it with you to the store, or have an associate scan it from your smartphone.
Ask a store associate for assistance at the checkout counter. They will help you get your order right away.
