Luminox Quadrum Watch (For Men)

Bought it for the Tritium night illumination. If you're going to wear a watch, doesn't it make sense to have one that you can see in the dark?

As previous reviews have noted, it is a relative large watch but not overly heavy. The readability of the watch in complete darkness is nothing short of phenomenal, living up to the advertising. The leather band, however seems too short. Not a large person, but have to use the 3rd from the last hole on the band.

The Luminox Quadrum is an excellent watch for the money. It's 100% Swiss Made. The LTT technology glows real good in the dark (I compared it to my Ball Watch - It glows real well). The leather strap is thick, durable and wide (24mm). The strap lenght is perfect for my size wrist, but if you have a bigger wrist, it might be a little small. It's easy to tell the time in any conditions day or night. I purchased both the black and silver face.[...]. I rate the watch and Sierra Trading an A+. What a great combination!

When you awaken at 3:00am in a hotel, this is what you want on your wrist!

Large watch that really shines at night. Very light for the size.The only reason I didnt rate it a 5 is that the band is a little small. If you have a large wrist you will probably have to get a different band, other than that this watch is outstanding.

This watch, both the white and black face, exudes modernity (and is easy on middle-age eyes :( I purchased both styles and love them equally. Their large faces get frequent remarks from strangers--and friends. Well worth the price!

Despite the big face, the watch is surprisingly light. If you are a miner, this watch will provide endless light in the darkest pit. Others will feel part of the in-crowd, making a bold statement with the Quadrum. Your grandmother will be proud of you--finally, she can see the time for herself! I am pleased so far, and hope long-term quality will match initial quality.
