Effect is more horizontal like picture, no vertical 'dots' as described. Very simple , clean lines. Hollywood waist (no band) and straight legs. Picture looks flared, but legs are just straight. Fit is generous and long (32").

These fit the bill for the price and are attractive. The zipper is on the wrong side (left) but if you can get past that they are fine. The belt included is pretty cheap.
