“This is a high end dress that looks like the ones you find in boutiques, not chain stores. The gathered detail from the waist and the back do no show up in the pic- but makes this dress special. The cotton material eliminates this dress for highly dressy occasions, but allows it be be worn just about everywhere else. It would fit in going to market with flops, office with heels or casual wedding. It fit perfectly and wide waist belt is flattering. I am 5'7" and wear dress size 10. Hem hits just above the knee.”
