“I really enjoy this dress, it's well made and beautifully tailored. My description as "too small" refers to the actual size on the tag. I listed to other review, purchased two sizes up, and I am very happy. I have a high waist and a small bust. Women with a longer/lower waist would not fit this dress as well.”
