I got the purple - and think the color keeps this from being at all frumpy. It didn't look frumpy on me - very figure hugging in all the right ways!!!!! I like the heavier fabric for the coming fall and winter - will look great with tights and boots, and I have several handknit sweaters this will look fantastic with! What a great deal for a low-maintenance dress I will pull out of the closet again and again!

I am 5'3", weigh 122 lbs. and am 62. This dress fit such that my hips looked larger than usual. It sagged on my upper body. It was unflattering all around. I know I'm old enough to be a matron, but I sure don't want to dress in a matronly manner.
