    I use this rope for general outdoor sport climbing. Mammut has a solid reputation for making quality products incl their ropes. Sierra Trading Post's price was incredible and using a discount keycode I was purchased the rope at less than a $100 price - a bargain ANY day!

    Mammut has been around for a long time. They are the makers of some excellent outdoor apparel and equipment. The Eiger rope holds true to this as well. Great all round climbing rope. Has a good feel to it. Only disadvantage is it is a little heavy at 10.5 x 60m but that is to be expected with type of rope.
