For the price (and if you are on STP's email list serve with one of their awesome coupons) you will love these boots. They are a high quality leather boot that did not take long to break in due to the amazingly comfortable inner leather used in the making of this boot. I am a satisfied customer. They broke in relatively quickly for me, after just a week or so of daily wearing on hikes and around the town. If you pay attention to the size you order, you shouldn't have a problem with sizing. I am fortunate enough to be able to go into the Cheyenne Outlet to try them on too, though. They're holding up great so far and the only complaint I have is the laces are a tad too short for the boots themselves, but it's a simple fix to procure new ones.

Reviewed by Liz Yooper from Illinois on Monday, April 08, 2013Extremely comfortable, doesn't rub feet wrong, and perfect cushioning for a long hike. The only thing I see wrong with this product is if you don't wear thick socks they are big. I would highly recommend this product.

Question “The size conversions given from UK to US don't seem to match other International Shoe Conversion charts that I have seen. Assuming that these shoes have an innersole that is removable and completely fills the entire length and width of the interior of the shoe, would it be possible to remove an innersole and measure the length and width of a UK size 9.5 AND 10? Thank you.”

Answer The 9.5 measures 11-1/4" long and 3-9/16" wide. The 10 measures 11-3/8" long and 3-5/8" wide.
