“I had to return this jacket as it was too tight around the hips. I am a petite in sizing. Regular sizing is not proportioned properly for short people. If a jacket is not forgiving in the hips, as it would normally fall at a taller persons waist, a short person can't wear it. Therefore, I can't comment on how well it would fit someone who is taller or on its wearablility. I could only recommend this to someone who isn't short.”
