Mammut Lime Pants - Stretch Soft Shell (For Women)

Pants are comfortable, I like the 2 cargo pockets, which are big but not bulky when empty. The fabric is not exactly the kind of softshell I know (like Schoeller): it's only 2 way stretch (in the lenght direction) and a bit more...rigid in a way. But still I like it, it's very comfortable. They run big, in particular if you rely on the European sizing. I got a 10, which is supposed to be a 44 Europe (Italy): there is no way that a 44 italian size would be big on me, but this was. So I'm returning and exchanging for a smaller size.

I am 5'7''. Always fit in a 10, but something is different with the sizes these days! Seems like 8 fits me now but was unavailable. [...] Re-evaluate your size if not a frequent or recent shopper. Also, no waist adjustability in this pant.

i took these backpacking - they are the best. unrolled, shook and wore, no wrinkles. washed, hung and wore, no wrinkles. never looked like they'd been slept in, even when they had! front pockets are very handy. Should have bought two more pair!

I loved these pants! ...unfortunately I had to return them because I ordered them in the wrong size. It was all they had and I thought I'd give it a try...but they were just too big. Now I am trying to find them in my size.

I know these pants (and this brand) are designed for REAL outdoor active types. I am not in that category but I was looking for a great pair of pants for travel. I needed a breathable, packable, lightweight, durable and comfortable pair which didn't look like a shapeless sack. I got these at Sierra TPost for an unbeatable price and LOVE them! They are so comfortable and stylish. I only wish I had ordered another pair because they are no longer available. I also wish I could have gotten them in another color. They will travel well and in style. I may not be hiking mountain trails in these, but I will be walking miles in cities and touring temples and other wooded areas. I can hardly wait for my next trip!
